Our Customer Area should be your first port of call whenever you have a problem or question.

If you have a problem, question, or request, you can directly submit it to us by creating a new support ticket. We will automatically keep you updated on the ticket's progress and you can easily add further information whenever it suits you, or check on its status.

Using the support ticket system is easy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the support ticket system
  2. Enter your name
  3. Enter your email address (this will be used to contact you to resolve any issues or to give you a status update)
  4. Pick the category that best describes your query
  5. Enter a subject and your message
  6. Click on 'open ticket' and wait for a response from one of our customer advisors.
